Iggy giving me a walk. Clearly I need walking.

From Newtown.

---------------------------------------- NEW ZEALAND ----------------------------------------
On the ferry around Milford Sound.
That myth about taking 10 years off your looks once the vapour touches your face... Well we looked chubbier and funny in the pictures after if that helps...
A FULL SPIDER WEB!

How we celebrated New Year's together.
Green apple cider.

Ice bar!
See the dent on the cup? Well its ICE CUP so I pretty much melted it so much by constantly taking in the coldness of the glass.

A town we visited.

7 seater bicycle.

A shot I was trying out. While we were on a road trip.

Outside of our hotel house.
Arrow town for tea. (A day before the New Year's eve on the next picture)

New Year's dinner before the cider at home.

A Road trip.

Best view of Queenstown.

Another road trip.
Church we visited that was really pretty!

Walking home from late night movie. TIN TIN 3D with the parents! :D

Luna park! Funny stories here.

ICY CONE! :)

Ghost train was lame beyond lame and we queued for 1 hour which was a huge disappointment. They had our picture taken in there to see our reactions. Well yes, Melanie and I had one funny picture alright. The flash was probably the most scariest thing in there. Ask us how it went to have a good laugh!

St Kilda's beach. (After Luna Park & Degustation dinner)
Had a penguin watch with a whole group of people at the St Kilda beach. Dad found some.

State library in Melbourne! So much like those in American movies!

Art piece along the street. A cow stuck in the tree.

---------------------------------------- PERTH ----------------------------------------

I was imitating the Cadbury Koala face as you can see on the table.

After church, bought TOM YUM FRIED RICE from subi. YUMYUM!

Melanie's birthday 2012. At the Jazz club with Jean Yi, Bao and the parents! :D

SIRIUS BLACK!

It has just hit me today that its time to get serious, get focused and know what I should and should not do.
It is my last year of high school, LEAVERS 2012.
The oldest batch in the school. The "Role models" as how teachers always are in favour of saying just to either inspire us or to make us feel so ashamed of ourselves.

316 days away from graduating not only from buildings but also life stages. From a tiny old brick building to something greater and massive. From mucking around in life to working hard and striving.

This year I know for sure that I would be changed. For the better or worse, my decisions will be where things would bring me.

I use to be that girl that had always pretended to be Liang Popo. I use to be that girl that would love Thomas the tank engine. I use to be that girl that loved the playground so dearly (Well yeah, I still love it.). I use to be that girl that loved collecting stickers. I use to be that girl who would suck up to the teachers. I use to be that girl that would do long jumps just to show off (I was a tom boy...). I use to be that girl that played detectives with my friends. I use to be that girl that would skip school. I use to be that girl that would cut my hair short and see how far I could push the teachers until they force me to tie my hair up. I use to be that girl that would shorten my skirt. I use to be that girl who would buy the latest brands and I use to be that girl who has given up on herself, her future and her life.

But we all learn. We all grow. We learn things that no one ever prepared us for. But the greatest thing I've ever learnt is that even though people around you have given up on you, even though you wallow in self pity to remind yourself of the hatred spark that you are useless and hopeless and even though you tell yourself how everyone is against you and the world wouldn't care if you existed or not and felt you should just kick yourself out... Funnily, God wouldn't give up until you realise your worth.. I've asked Him to give up countless times, could have blamed every negative on Him but positives are credits to "luck" but He was what I need to fully understand who I am. Making Him your vision would completely change your life. Well, it sure did to mine.

Bought Grill'd for dinner. I got the classic burger. WAS SO GOOD!
& Sissy and I sent them to the airport. Pumped up kicks has been our trip's significant song and it played twice while we were in Swan Valley. When I got out to send them off, say my goodbyes, swelled up eyes filled with tears, got into the car and... PUMPED UP KICKS WAS PLAYING. I wound down my window and shouted, "OUR SONG!" They ran after the car heard and went, "OMG".

I really love you all. Each and every one of you guys.
Kayla, Joey, Loysius. Always.

as life goes on...

This year truly has been amazing. Got my report card, did better than expected too. I thought I would be getting 3As and 3Bs but I've gotten 4As. Thank God really. As the year passed, I have really witnessed God's grace and love. Its just... Incredible. Really a humbling experience to know how small I am as compared to many other things on this earth like the mountains, whale or polar bear yet he still zooms down on me and carry me through.

Be Thou my VISION not only for this year, but for the limited time I have here in this temporary place.

Here's my resolution for 2012:
ACADEMIC:
[] Get all A's.
[] Not to get any lower than 65 for all tests.
[] Hopefully get a scholarship for nursing.
[] Get an ATAR score of >90
[] Get at least 70 on average for Chem.
[] Not touch a single game till end of year.
[] Study even on holidays.

PERSONAL:
[] Do up my wall.
[] Keep fit.
[] Pay for my own Ball.
[] Save up for my own braces. (Its time.)
[] Get a job at the end of the year.
[] Stay focused, persevering.
[] Shop 5 times only from February till November.
[] Not to give in to the mundane stereotype of the label "teenager".

SPIRITUAL:
[] Draw even closer to God.
[] Keep up with daily devotion.
[] Pray. Everyday.
[] Allow Him to use this year to groom me into a young adult who will be His warrior forever.
[] Realign and even more focused than before.
