Art class

caution: wordy, but worth reading.

This is for art class. Why do we have to do self portrait? Cause we are going to be molding ourselves by using clay. I don't have the picture of the one Ms Glucina took of me in class in that position but here is something impromptu. Why did I post this up not to show off or be snobby two shoes but there is a story behind it! Well teacher wanted our clay thing to have a meaning or represent some stuff. It took me 5 mins to come up with this and here is my story.

• My hand with the sex bands is doing like an eagle's eye which represents: Me having seen the past in my life so I will put 3 significant things on my finger tips and the three things are, A smiley face, a maple leaf and staircase. Smiley face cause life is not full of regrets but being happy that things have happened. A maple leaf representing me experiencing different countries during my holidays and moving around on one phase of the world and stairs to represent steps I have taken in my life and growing.

• My other hand is covering my eye cause it represents me not being able to see the future cause I can't predict the future. So what am I going to put on my fingertips if I can't see the future? I knew though time never stops I know what will still be in my life in the future. I have still place a smiley on my pinkie finger again and the other 4 fingers I put significant people who I know will never leave me through it all. They are my family members. I put them each on my remaining fingertips.
  

• The middle, my head I am going to carve significant figures. What do the represent? My ambitions and goals. They are: Being a vet (a red cross and a dog), a bible (my walk with Jesus), A musical note( I don't want to leave music!), A figure carrying a cross (Me learning to pick up my cross and follow Jesus) and a smiley as always! :)

And this is my art, my life which has been specially crafted in God's hands.

I think Elvis is pretty cute in a 1970's way! If he was still rocking down lanes today, I am pretty sure he is old but hip. Smart, king of rock and roll and cute. LIKEANOTBAD! Hahaha.

2f'08 blog is gone... Why... All our happiness that held so much memories gone just with one word, 'delete'. When I browse the blog though no one updates it often, I always smile watching the videos over and over. Who knew those who led us in happiness could actually just crush little kids dreams and childhood.

This is your "letter" reply on your blog. Unfortunately cause my eyes are screwed from tiredness I couldn't find where your comment button was so anyways, daily scoop wasn't just a place we ate and screamed and dropped ice cream all over but it was the place where dreams and memories played a part in just that ice cream cone and do you remember TIRAMISU? We once sat there with 2 other peeps and ate outside the shop on that Monday cause I forgot it was closed on Monday. Its not passed memories there but future dreams! :D See you soon.
